Single-edge lower travel roller for a mini-excavator. Internal width between the roller flanges is 53 mm, internal guiding edges for the mini-excavator.
Travel rollers for ITR mini-excavators and compact loaders are specially designed for the toughest applications and environments. A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products made from selected materials, such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components. Deep heat treatment and precision machining ensure uniformity and consistency in production. Precise assembly, lifetime lubrication, and quality control during and after production ensure product performance and reliability. The range of ITR travel and support rollers covers everything from mini-excavators to mining machinery.
Tension rollers from KOMATSU® PC05 (machine operating weight 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX2500 (machine operating weight 248 tons)
Single flange roller shell used in excavators.
The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is needed throughout the roller's lifespan.
The roller shell is made of deeply hardened steel and designed to be vibration resistant. Hardening 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to ensure minimal maintenance.
Bronzed slide bearings for use in tension rollers, providing smooth and quiet operation. An ideal solution for precise tensioning.
The bushing design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any minor contaminants that may damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
