A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products made from selected materials such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components.
Deep heat treatment and precise machining ensure uniformity and consistency in production. Accurate assembly, lubrication for the entire service life, and quality control during and after production ensure the efficiency and reliability of the product.
The range of ITR track rollers and carrier rollers includes everything from mini excavators to mining machines, from KOMATSU® PC05 (operating weight of the machine 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX2500 (operating weight of the machine 248 tons).
ITR undercarriage components are developed, designed, and constructed by the engineering and research and development departments of USCO, using the latest CAD systems and in collaboration with partner universities. The ITR undercarriage product line is fully managed in-house, from raw material procurement, through component design, machining, heat treatment, to the assembly process and final inspection. Numerous quality checks ensure the highest quality at every stage of production.
Features of upper carrier rollers: They support the track between the sprocket and the track idler. The durability of the roller tread is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Carrier rollers have induction-hardened shells for increased surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values in the range of 50–58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear while ensuring maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire service life for minimal maintenance.
Bronze sliding bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against fine contaminants that can damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings, and resistance to permanent deformation and temperature changes in the range of -40°C to 110°C ensures long-lasting reliability.
