Our Tensioning Wheels provide solidity and performance even in the toughest conditions, enabling stable operation of your machine.
Our store offers a wide selection of high-quality tensioning wheels, perfect for both mini excavators and mining machines. In our assortment, you will find everything from KUBOTA® K008 (with an operating weight of 0.9 tons) to KOMATSU® D475 A5 (with an operating weight of 101 tons). We operate in Italy, South Korea, and China, where our engineering departments continuously improve production technology. Thanks to local engineering branches in each production plant, our tensioning wheels are tailored to the specifics of the local market. All of this is coordinated by the headquarters of Italian Engineering, ensuring the highest quality and operational efficiency.
Tensioning wheels are a key element in maintaining proper tension and guiding the track chain, which translates into its proper winding. They work with the tensioner to maintain optimal tension, which is crucial for the durability of the undercarriage. Correct tension setting, e.g., 50 mm (+-5mm) for conventional tracks, significantly impacts machine wear and efficiency. For example, an excessively tightened chain can lead to greater wear of the track bushings and sprocket teeth. The appropriate tread hardness, equal to or greater than the chain links and the travel and support rollers, ensures resistance to damage and increases durability. Material: SCMn3A, hardening 50-55 HRC. Constant lubrication contributes to minimizing maintenance during operation.
