Our idler wheels provide solidity and performance even in the toughest conditions, enabling stable operation of your machine.
Our store offers a wide selection of high-quality idler wheels, excellent for both mini excavators and mining machines. In our assortment, you will find everything from KUBOTA® K008 (with an operating weight of 0.9 tons) to KOMATSU® D475 A5 (with an operating weight of 101 tons). We operate in Italy, South Korea, and China, where our engineering departments continuously improve production technology. Thanks to local engineering branches in each production facility, our idler wheels are tailored to the specifications of the local market. Everything is coordinated by the headquarters of Italian Engineering, ensuring the highest quality and operational efficiency.
Idler wheels are a key element in maintaining proper tension and guidance of the track chain, which translates to its proper winding. They work with the tensioner to maintain optimal tension, which is crucial for the durability of the undercarriage. Correct tension setting, e.g., 50 mm (+-5mm) for conventional tracks, has a significant impact on the wear and performance of the machine. For example, an excessively tight chain can lead to increased wear of the track bushing and drive sprocket teeth. The appropriate tread hardness, equal to or greater than that of the track links and support and guide rollers, ensures resistance to damage and increases longevity. Material: SCMn3A, hardening 50-55 HRC. Constant lubrication contributes to minimizing maintenance during operation.
