Tensioning wheels for the track. Width of the inner guide flange 40mm complete with shaft.
Our ITR tensioning wheels for mini excavators and compact loaders provide stable track tension, which translates into machine performance and durability. We use the latest automated design and production processes for their manufacturing.
Our Tensioning wheels are like a solid support in extreme working conditions. Made from selected high-quality steel alloys and heat-treated, they guarantee exceptional performance.
The application of state-of-the-art seals and bearing designs meets the most stringent industry requirements. Assembly is carried out using an automatic oil-filling process, ensuring reliability at every step.
Choose from various configurations of the Tensioning Wheel:
Our Tensioning wheels ensure solidity and performance even in the most challenging conditions, enabling stable operation of your machine.
Our store offers a wide selection of high-quality tensioning wheels, ideal for both mini excavators and mining machines. In our assortment, you will find everything from KUBOTA® K008 (with an operating weight of 0.9 tons) to KOMATSU® D475 A5 (with an operating weight of 101 tons). We operate in Italy, South Korea, and China, where our engineering departments continually improve production technology. Thanks to local engineering branches in each production plant, our tensioning wheels are tailored to the specifics of the local market. Everything is coordinated by the Italian Engineering headquarters, ensuring the highest quality and operational efficiency.
Tensioning wheels are a key element in maintaining the proper tension and guiding of the track chain, which translates into its proper winding. They work in conjunction with the adjuster to maintain optimal tension, which is crucial for undercarriage durability. Correct tension setting, e.g., 50 mm (+-5mm) for conventional tracks, significantly impacts machine wear and performance. For example, an excessively tight chain can lead to increased wear of the track bushings and drive wheel teeth. Appropriate tread hardness, equal to or greater than the track links and running and supporting rollers, ensures resistance to damage and increases durability. Material: SCMn3A, hardening 50-55 HRC. Constant lubrication contributes to minimizing maintenance during operation.
