Single-flange lower track roller for a mini excavator. The internal width between the roller flanges is 52 mm, with internal guiding edges for the mini excavator.
Track rollers for mini excavators and compact loaders by ITR are specially designed for the toughest applications and environments. A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products made from selected materials such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components. Deep heat treatment and precise machining ensure uniformity and production consistency. Precise assembly, lifetime lubrication, and quality control during and after production ensure the product's performance and reliability. The range of ITR track and carrier rollers covers everything from mini excavators to mining machines.
Idler rollers from KOMATSU® PC05 (machine working weight 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX25OO (machine working weight 248 tons)
The roller shell with a single flange used in excavators.
The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the roller's lifespan.
The roller shell is made of deep-hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardness 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.
Bronzed plain bearing, perfectly suited as a support for the idler roller. Provides stability and durability, translating to efficient operation of the tensioning system.
The bushing design offers a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
