The tread durability of the roller shell is equal to the durability of track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the roller's lifespan.
Roller shell made of deep-hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardening 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for life to require minimal maintenance.
Bronzed sleeve bearing for use in tension rollers, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. An ideal solution for precise tensioning.
The bushing design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. A soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber rings.
The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to last several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
