The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the roller's service life.
The roller shell is made of deeply hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardening 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for lifetime use to minimize maintenance.
Bronze plain bearings for use in tension rollers, providing smooth and quiet operation. An ideal solution for precise tensioning.
The bushing design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
Rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
