The durability of the roller shell tread equals the durability of track chain links. No maintenance required throughout the roller's lifespan.
The roller shell is made from deeply hardened steel and designed to withstand vibrations. Hardness 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.
A bronze sliding bearing, excellently suited as a support for the tension roller. It provides stability and durability, which translates to efficient performance of the tension system.
The sleeve design provides a large surface for better load distribution. A soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber rings.
Rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
