A unique jacket with tension rollers, designed specifically for use in excavators.

The durability of the tension roller jacket tread matches the durability of the track chain links. This allows the user to enjoy trouble-free operation of this important component without the need for maintenance.

Tension rollers made from deeply hardened steel, specially designed to minimize vibrations. Their hardening ranges from 50 to 58 HRC, which guarantees reliability and long-lasting performance.

The tension system with rollers is designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum durability of shafts and bearings. Lubricated for the entire service life to minimize maintenance.

A bronze sleeve bearing, perfectly suited as a support for the tension roller. It ensures stability and durability, which translates into efficient operation of the tensioning system.

This bushing design is ideal for use in tension rollers, providing a large area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.

Duo-Cone seal with tension rollers. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal with tension rollers consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.

The rubber rings, including tension rollers, provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand multiple tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
