The durability of the tension roller casing tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. This means the user does not have to worry about maintenance throughout the entire lifespan of the tension roller.
Specially designed tension rollers made from deeply hardened steel, featuring vibration resistance. Their hardening is 50 – 58 HRC, ensuring reliability and durability in all conditions.

Bronze sleeve bearing, perfectly suited as a support for the tension roller. It provides stability and durability, resulting in efficient operation of the tensioning system.

Duo-Cone tension rollers. Seals the oil inlet. Duo-Cone tension rollers consist of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
