Single-flanged roller shell used in excavators.
The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the service life of the roller.
Roller shell made of deep-hardened steel and designed to be resistant to vibrations. Hardness 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear while providing maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire service life for minimal maintenance.
Bronze sliding bearing, perfectly suited as a support for the track idler. Provides stability and durability, translating into efficient operation of the tensioning system.
The design of the sleeve provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that may damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40 °C to 110 °C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several lifetimes of the tread, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil that cools and lubricates better than grease.
