The tread durability of the roller shell is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the roller's life.
The roller shell is made from deeply hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardness 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.
Bronze bushing bearing for use in tension rollers, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. An ideal solution for precise tensioning.
The sleeve design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber rings.
The rubber rings ensure the appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
