The durability of the roller casing tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance required throughout the roller's lifetime.
The roller casing made of deep-hardened steel and designed to be resistant to vibrations. Hardening 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lifetime lubrication for minimal maintenance.
Bronze plain bearing that works perfectly as support for the tension roller. Provides stability and durability, which translates to efficient operation of the tensioning system.
Sleeve construction provides a large surface area for better load distribution. Soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone Seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
Rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
