Single edge lower track roller for a mini excavator. The internal width between the roller flanges is 42 mm, with internal guiding edges for the mini excavator.
Track rollers for mini excavators and ITR compact loaders are specially designed for the toughest applications and environments. A full range of sizes and types is available for all popular brands and models. ITR rollers are forged products, made from selected materials such as boron steel, high-strength castings, and top-quality components. Deep heat treatment and precise machining ensure uniformity and consistency in production. Accurate assembly, lifetime lubrication, and quality control during and after production ensure product performance and reliability. The ITR range of track and support rollers includes everything from mini excavators to mining machinery.
Idler rollers from KOMATSU® PC05 (machine operating weight 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX25OO (machine operating weight 248 tons)
The single flange roller shell used in excavators.
The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance is required throughout the life of the roller.
The roller shell is made from deep-hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardening 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to ensure minimal maintenance.
Bronze plain bearing for use in idler rollers, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. An ideal solution for precise tensioning.
The sleeve design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand multiple tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
