The durability of the roller shell tread is equal to the durability of the track chain links. No maintenance required for the entire lifespan of the roller.
The roller shell is made from deep-hardened steel and designed to be vibration-resistant. Hardness 50 – 58 HRC.
Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear, ensuring maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.
Bronze plain bearing for use in tension rollers, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. Ideal solution for precise tensioning.
The sleeve design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any minor contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.
Duo-Cone seal. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.
Rubber rings provide the right pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to last several tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
Oil. Oil-lubricated track rollers use oil, which cools and lubricates better than grease.
