An exceptional roller shell designed specifically for use in excavators.

The durability of the tension roller shell tread matches that of the track chain links. This ensures that the user can enjoy trouble-free use of this important component without the need for maintenance.

Tension rollers made of deeply hardened steel, designed specifically to minimize vibrations. Their hardening ranges from 50 to 58 HRC, which guarantees reliability and long-lasting performance.

The tensioning system with rollers is designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength of shafts and bearings. Lubricated for the entire service life to minimize maintenance.

A bronzed slide bearing, performing excellently as support for the tension roller. It provides stability and durability, translating into efficient operation of the tensioning system.

This bushing design is ideal for use in tension rollers, providing a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any minor contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals.

Duo-Cone seal with tension rollers. Seals the oil inlet. The Duo-Cone seal with tension rollers consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones.

Rubber rings, including tension rollers, provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
