ITR undercarriage components are developed, designed, and constructed by USCO engineering and R&D departments, using the latest CAD systems and in collaboration with partner universities. The ITR undercarriage product line is entirely self-managed. Starting from the purchase of raw materials, through the design of elements, mechanical processing of components, heat treatment, the entire assembly process up to final inspection. Numerous quality controls are conducted starting from the purchase of raw materials. The controls are based on knowledge and experience in metallurgical processes and material engineering.
Functions of the upper support rollers: They support the track between the sprocket and the tension wheel. The durability of the roller tread is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Support rollers have induction-hardened shells to increase surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values range from 50 to 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and provide maximum strength. Lubricated for life to minimize maintenance.
Bronzed sliding bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any fine contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide appropriate pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifetimes, depending on individual conditions.
