Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality

Functions: Transferring drive loads from the main transmission to the track through bushings. Durability equal to at least one side of the bushing, resistance to cracking. Drive wheels are produced to precisely fit the bushings. Strictly controlled manufacturing processes to ensure proper equipment assembly. Advantages of bolted drive wheels: Limited maintenance and reduced downtime. No risk of misalignment. Reversible - transferring wheels to opposite sides of the machine can extend the drive wheel's lifespan. Drive wheel rims are forged or cast from deep-hardened steel, providing nearly twice the hardening depth of regular steel. Material SCMn3A. Hardening 50 – 55 HRC.
