Ensure the proper installation of sprockets. In the machine's operating manual, you will find instructions on how to tighten the bolt fastening. They provide key information regarding the installation of the chain wheel bolt and torque specifications.

Our chain wheels are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled manufacturing processes ensure perfect equipment installation, and the reversibility of sprockets allows for increased lifespan by transferring them to the opposite sides of the machine. The crowns of the sprockets are made from deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and wear-resistant. With SCMn3A material and hardening levels of 50 – 55 HRC, our sprockets are ready to meet even the toughest working conditions.
