Drive Wheels ITR - Functionality
Ensure secure installation of drive wheels. The machine's manual provides instructions for tightening the bolt mount. They provide key information regarding the assembly of the sprocket bolt and torque.
Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transfer of drive loads from the main transmission to the track through the bushings, which guarantees durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled manufacturing processes ensure perfect equipment installation, and the reversibility of the drive wheels allows for increased lifespan by transferring them to opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and resistant to wear. With SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to meet even the most challenging working conditions.
