Drive wheels ITR - Functionality
Ensure the secure installation of drive wheels. The machine's user manual provides the method for tightening the screw fittings. They provide key information regarding the installation of the sprocket screw and torque.
Reliable drive wheels ensure effective transmission of drive loads from the main gearbox to the track through bushings, guaranteeing durability and resistance to cracking. Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of drive wheels allows for extending their lifespan by transferring them to opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deep-hardened steel, making them extremely durable and resistant to wear. Thanks to the SCMn3A material and hardening at a level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to meet even the most challenging working conditions.
