Our sprockets are carefully matched to the bushings, ensuring reliability and minimizing the risk of misalignment. Controlled production processes ensure perfect equipment assembly, and the reversibility of drive wheels allows for extended lifespan by transferring them to the opposite sides of the machine. The rims of the drive wheels are made of deeply hardened steel, making them extremely durable and resistant to wear. Thanks to SCMn3A material and hardening at the level of 50 – 55 HRC, our drive wheels are ready to withstand even the most challenging working conditions.
