The range of ITR track and support rollers covers from mini-excavators to mining machines, from KOMATSU® PC05 (machine operating weight 1.4 tons) to HITACHI® EX25OO (machine operating weight 248 tons).
ITR undercarriage components are developed, designed, and constructed by USCO engineering and R&D departments, using the latest CAD systems and in collaboration with partner universities. The ITR undercarriage product line is entirely self-managed. Starting from raw material procurement, through component design, mechanical processing, heat treatment, throughout the entire assembly process to final inspection. Numerous quality checks are conducted starting from raw material procurement. The inspections are based on knowledge and experience in metallurgy and material engineering processes.
Functions of upper support rollers: They support the track, between the sprocket and the tension wheel. The durability of the roller tread is matched to the durability of the track chain links. Support rollers have induction-hardened shells to increase surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength while maintaining core properties. Values range from 50 – 58 HRC. Shafts and bearings are designed to reduce friction and wear and ensure maximum strength. Lubricated for the entire service life for minimal maintenance.
Bronze sliding bearing. The design provides a large surface area for better load distribution. The soft bronze coating in the bearing protects against any small contaminants that could damage the shaft and seals. The Duo-Cone seal consists of two metal sealing rings and two rubber ones. The rubber rings provide proper pressure on both sides of the metal sealing rings. Resistant to permanent deformation and temperature changes from -40°C to 110°C. The Duo-Cone seals are designed to withstand several tread lifespans, depending on individual conditions.
